The Association of Trainers is busy

In the recently published newsletter from the Association of Horse Trainers, the agenda ahead is introduced….

and first to be mentioned is that the annual meeting of the association will be held on December 3rd next in the restaurant “Kænan” in Hafnarfjörður.

Besides the traditional annual meeting tasks, Víkingur Gunnarsson will introduce a different arrangement of the study at the horse breeding course at Hólar School. Older students, as well as prospective students of the school are encouraged to attend. Also the teachers in the vocational training department are encouraged to attend and familiarize themselves with the arrangement.

The jubilee of the Association of Trainers is being prepared, and will be held in February next at the riding arena in Víðidalur.

Drafts have been made for the prospective winter agenda of the association, and among the things being offered is a demonstration by Sigurbjörn Bárðarson in December and by Anton Níelsson in January next.
