Double Norwegian victory in four gaits

It rained vigorously at the competitors in the A-finals in four gaits. The finals competition this year was extremely demanding and in the end it were the Norwegians who received the two top seats today…..

The Norwegian spectators were signing and applausing before the results were announced, as it was quite clear that the Norwegian competitors Anne Stine Haugen and Muni frá Kvistum and Tina Kalmo Pedersen and Kolgrimur fran Slatterne were in the top seats. Anne Stine Haugen and Muni had a great performance on the track in all the gaits and received the highest score for fast tölt. Tina and Kolgrimur were also looking fantastic and received for example the highest score for trot, and they concluded the competition with a score of 8.20 with the silver. Annes Stine and Muni on the other hand received a final score of 8.27 and are thereby this years world champions.
In third place was Isabelle Felsum and Viktor fra Diisa from Denmark with a final score of 8.07.

The couple Hinrik Bragason and Hulda Gústafsdóttir both had a great performance, with security and refined horsemanship like they are both known for. They concluded the competition in 5th and 7th place.
