A condemnable negligence revealed in Sweden

Twenty horses are now in the care of the police authorities in Ashammar in Sweden after a gross negligence was revealed. According to the news report in the Swedish paper Arbetarbladet……..
the horses were in possession of Inge Johansson, president of the Gyda horse club.
The accommodations of the horses was as bad as can be, this can be viewed in the fréttinni. The horses were standing confined in close fitting stalls. The hooves of the horses were overgrown and had not been trimmed for months so that some were up to 16-18 cm long. The police is now looking for options to finance the caretaking of the horses.
Inge resigned from the position as administrator of the Gyda horse club, but an interview with its secretary because of this incident and can be red here.
