Great gæðingar at the World Toelt 2012

A number of well known gaedingar and their riders are registered to participate at the World Toelt 2012, which will be held February 24. – 25th in Odense….

Registrations into the toelt competition of this tournament have been completed. At the website of the tournament it is brought forth that the winner of the stallion show from last year, Moli frá Skriðu and Nils-Christian Larsen plan to compete in the toelt competition as well as the ex world champion Hvinur frá Holtsmúla and the young rider Elísu Lundhaug.  Other competitors can be mentioned, such as Oddi fra Gultentorp and Andreas Kjeldgaard, Guma frá Strandarhöfði and Dorte Rasmussen, Galdur frá Auðsholtshjáleigu and Gry Hagelund and Herkules frá Pegasus and Johanna Wingstrand. Also, last year’s winner Jóhann Skúlason will be present, but at this time it is not clear which horse he will bring, and the question is whether it will perhaps be Tígull frá Kleiva?

Also the world champion winner Anne Stine Haugen and Muni frá Kvistum have been registered into the four gaits at the World Toelt championship, along other quite strong contestants, and amongst these is Jarl frá Miðkrika and Lucia Koch, Þeyr frá Akranesi and Thomas Rørvang and Óskar frá Akureyri and Sys Pilegaard. Additionally, the winner from last year, Reyr frá Dalbæ and Nils Christian Larsen will be there in order to attempt to defend their title.

Ticket sales into the tournament has started. Discounts will be offered if they are bought before Decembe 15th.
