Jóhann and Hnokki – video clip

With his victory in the tölt competition in the World Championship, Jóhann R. Skúlason received the tölt horn for the fifth time, riding the fourth horse….

Clearly, Jóhann was not going to settle for anything less than a victory and this past winter he had presented what he and Hnokki were capable of, they had for example reached a remarkable achievement when they received a score of 9.6 in the finals at the tölt competition in Flyinge, Svíþjóð.

At the Eiðfaxi website the video clip showing the two of them at the WC preliminary can be viewed here:  HÉR which is the preliminary in the tölt competition at WC where they received a score of 8.30 which was the next to highest score behind Karl Zingsheim and his gray gæðingur Dagur. Jóhann and Hnokki gave them an exciting competition in the A-finals, and the finals did not come to a close until following a great show at a fast tölt  where Jóhann and Hnokki received a score of 9.17.
